Winter Training

For those of us that live in cooler regions (it's been about -20 this week) we find ourselves confined to rollers or trainers to get necessary KMs. These can be long, mind numbing experiences that really test your drive to train.

This week a small handful of Team905ers(Jeff Moote is the exception, riding for RealDeal Racing) got together for a group indoor training session. This proved to be an effective way to train hard, stay focused, and put in some good KMs in January.
